Anne Eggen-Johansen
General Manager
Anne has a Master’s Degree in Leadership from BI Norwegian Business School and is a Certified Co-active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Anne has two main focus areas: executive coaching and workshop facilitation in both coach training and leadership development. She is a course leader for CTI, where she guides and teaches co-active coaches in a number of countries in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Anne coaches managers both in Norway and abroad, and has worked as a professional coach since 2003.
Anne is deeply committed to human innovation and efficiency. She inspires and engages, and is good at creating learning spaces in which managers / employees / coaches can elevate themselves to the next level.
Anne has extensive experience as a course leader in leadership and coaching at the Norwegian Business School, as well as in facilitating leadership programmes in organisations. She is process-oriented and is a strong believer in experience-based and experimental learning. The feedback that Anne receives from clients is very good; she is inspiring, engaging and has a profound knowledge in her field. She creates learning spaces in which it is safe to be way outside your comfort zone! She enables people to find their own path and aim for their goals and visions. Anne is daring in her professional activities and in her belief in what is possible.
